Embarking on our inaugural experimental milling test was a remarkable venture. Welcoming students from prestigious high schools in Greece, Germany, Portugal, and Croatia through the esteemed Erasmus Program, we opened our doors to a global learning exchange. This immersive experience allowed the students to delve into the intricacies of olive oil production, offering them a hands-on education like no other.
